In 2017, everything looked perfect on the outside—but inside, I was falling apart.

I was sitting in an executive meeting when the office manager rushed in with an urgent call from my kids’ school. My heart dropped. Was one of them hurt?

Then it hit me. It was nearly 4 PM… and I had completely forgotten my three little boys.

As I ran to the car, it felt like I had just finished my morning coffee. How was it already the end of the day?
The guilt set in fast.

"You're such a bad mum. How could you forget your kids? You can’t do anything right."
That sick feeling in my stomach grew. How was I going to face my boys? Or their teacher?

Traffic crawled. Time slowed.
And then—ding, ding, ding—the boom gates came down in front of me for an oncoming train.
I sat there, tears streaming down my face, gripping the steering wheel, feeling trapped.
Those gates were more than a traffic stop… they were the metaphor for my life.

I Was Surviving, Not Living.

Outwardly, my life seemed full:
✔️ Successful career
✔️ Beautiful family and home
✔️ Thriving business
✔️ Holidays and a bustling social life

But I was running on empty. Coffee to wake up. Wine to wind down.
I was exhausted, disconnected, and stuck on a hamster wheel, going nowhere.
I’d lost touch with who I was—and I knew I couldn’t keep going like this.

The Turning Point.

That day marked the start of my journey back to myself.

I began reconnecting with who I truly was and uncovering how my inner world—my unique self-code—had been driving everything, unconsciously.
As I reprogrammed my inner operating system, everything shifted.

Within months, I resigned from my job, sold our house, and hit the road with my family.
We traveled Australia, bought land, designed our dream home, and restructured our business.
But most importantly—I healed my Self-Relationship.
I was no longer living by default. I was living by design.

Today, as a coach and therapist, I help women just like you:
Women who look like they have it all together, but deep down feel robotic, exhausted, and disconnected.

I’m on a mission to empower 1,000,000 women to reconnect with their authentic selves and design a life they love.
