These circles are facilitated by Michelle a Certified Level I and II Root Cause Therapist. Michelle provides a safe, supportive environment where teens can express themselves, share their experiences and learn from each other. The format often includes activities, discussions and exercises aimed at fostering connection, self-awareness and resilience.
